Suplementos.ai, a supplements database in Spanish

A supplements database in Spanish.

The scientific evidence behind every entry.

When you google whether magnesium helps you sleep, you find three things: a shop, a forum and an article that cites nothing. I wanted the opposite: one entry per supplement, with what science says, the level of evidence and a link to the original study.

Suplementos.ai is that. More than 450 entries in Spanish (and more than 300 in English), 48 health goals, a search engine and a visual map where you can see which compounds act on which body systems. All linked to PubMed, DOIs and the original sources.

And since reading science is tiring, I gave it an AI voice assistant: you ask, it answers with what is in the database and walks you through the map as it explains.

Who it's for

For people who take supplements and want to know what the evidence says, not the label. For health and nutrition professionals who need a quick reference. For readers of my books who want to go to the source.

What's behind it

A proprietary AI-generated database built from the scientific literature, a static site of more than 800 pages, an interactive knowledge map and a real-time voice assistant.

From knowledge to practice

A search can start from the name of a compound or from a health goal. The map offers another way in: exploring relationships instead of reading isolated entries. Not every path leads to the same answer, which is why every claim must keep its link to its source. The platform separates the quality of the evidence from a personal recommendation. From this page you can enter the project and follow the studies yourself. The voice assistant is an extra way to explore that content, not a substitute for the sources.
