About

I'm Javier Alejandro Martín Ramos, an AI innovation consultant and author. I work on digital products, design personal growth processes and publish books with the help of artificial intelligence.
I'm gifted. I've been through eleven operations. I live with three kidneys. That's the short version.
A case of medical negligence changed my life when I was four. It left me with questions I needed to understand and with the need to find my own way of regulating myself, inside and out.
Researching, writing and building became my way forward. Creativity saved my life. Today I build the solutions I myself need and then turn them into books, apps and AI projects that can help others.
I hold a degree in Communication and a master's in New Technologies. For more than fifteen years I have worked on innovation projects for Disney, Red Bull, BBVA, National Geographic, Vodafone and many other brands through my agency nubbo.eu.
That experience taught me to shape an idea, understand who it serves and turn it into a project that can reach people. Now I combine that perspective with artificial intelligence to create products, improve processes and open new lines of business.
Creautores.com, Diariodeemociones.com and Suplementos.ai are three ways of putting it into practice: editorial production, apps and knowledge organised so it can be used. I also work with companies as a consultant, external head of innovation and team trainer.
I co-founded Neurotropy, a company specialising in neuroregulation. We have analysed more than 25,000 nervous systems and regulated the nervous systems of thousands of people. My work as an author includes eight books and the L.I.B.E.R.A.© and R.E.P.A.R.A.® methods for regulating anxiety and insomnia. In them I translate complex knowledge into language that can be understood and applied.
The question that connects all my work is simple: what can I build to make this work better? I start with what I need to solve. I turn it into a tool. I test it. And I keep building.
We review your business, your processes and your team's knowledge. We choose one concrete opportunity and define what would have to improve for the project to be worth it.
We build a first version you can try: an assistant, an automated process or a digital product. We test the idea against real use and adjust before scaling the project.
We integrate what works, prepare the team and agree on how to review the results. Innovation becomes a working tool.
