Flowperator, performance with data and neuroscience

It reads what each person's body has been signalling for days, without questionnaires.

What the body says before the person does.

In a team, wellbeing questionnaires depend on what each person says they feel, and perception is misleading: someone can say they are fine while their nervous system has been building up fatigue for days.

Flowperator reads the real biometrics from wearables (heart-rate variability, sleep, recovery and load) and turns them into recommendations to manage the load of players, coaching staff and team in real time: a status score per person and per group, sleep patterns and prioritised actions every week.

Privacy is built in: data is always shown in aggregate, a minimum number of connected people per group is required and the servers are in the European Union, in line with GDPR.

Who it's for

For clubs and sports teams that want to anticipate overload and injuries. And for organisations that want to look after their teams' performance and wellbeing with data, not surveys.

What's behind it

Integration with hundreds of wearable models, a status score, sleep and recovery analysis, prioritised weekly recommendations, a dashboard by team and department, aggregated data and hosting in the EU.
